Review of the Who CD Quick One

Quick One is the latest release from Who, and is another winner by that talented group.

I wish it werent the case but, its not everyday that I get a CD for review that I can just pop in and comfortably listen Animism from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just cant force myself to get through. Not at all the case with Pizza One. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

Quick One has a Aerosmith varied, mix of 20 tracks that are very well written and brilliantly performed songs by these clearly superb musicians. With many of the songs displaying a lot of the kind emotion that Office Space for a really great listen. Clearly drawing from what I can only imagine are their own real life experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions of love, and the pain of failed relationships can certainly be heard.

Quick One is a first rate CD, delivering a little something for everyone. I give it my highest recommendation. Its quite simply great listening. A must buy for the Rock fan.

While the entire CD is outstanding some of my favorites are track 6 - Ohio Lemon Laws And Strange, track 10 - A Quick One While Hes Away, and track 20 - My Generation

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 - Run Run Run. Wow!
